Right now, ourstory.gift is in early access. The only thing we collect is your email address, if you sign up to be notified when we launch. That's it. We don't collect names, locations, or anything else at this stage.
We'll use it to let you know when the product is ready, and occasionally to share something relevant — like early access pricing or a meaningful update. We won't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else. You can ask us to delete it at any time by reaching out to us.
This is the part that matters most, so we want to be precise about it.
When we launch paid plans, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card details directly — that's handled entirely by them, under their own security standards.
Each memory book gets a private, unguessable link. We don't index these pages for search engines, and we don't make them publicly discoverable. Only people who have the link can view it.
If anything here changes in a meaningful way — especially around how we handle your messages — we'll update this page and, where relevant, let you know directly.
